WICHITA — Police arrested three people and are still looking for two others in connection with the kidnapping of a 26-year-old woman Sunday afternoon.
The woman told police she was being driven by her ex-boyfriend to see their two children at about 2:30 p.m. on Sunday when he went past the expected destination and continued to a house in the 5100 block of West St. Louis.
When he pulled into the driveway, she was dragged from the car by her hair by three people, she told police. While one person held her legs, others pulled her arms behind her back and bound them with duct tape. They also taped her mouth, then shaved her hair, punched her in the face and wrote something on her shirt.
She managed to wriggle free from the tape and escape. Police arrived at the house and arrested three people there, but they are still looking for the ex-boyfriend and an accomplice.
