WICHITA — Another Dollar General store was robbed Thursday night — this one on West 13th Street, police said.
An armed Hispanic male with a blue bandanna over his face went into the store just before closing time at 8:20 p.m. Thursday and demanded money from the store manager, police said.
She put the money in a Dollar General sack, and he left the area on foot. She told police the robber was 18 or 19 years old, 5-feet-8, 180 pounds, with brown or black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a gray, hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
It's the second time in about three weeks that the store has been robbed, and it's the second Dollar General to be robbed this week. The store at 2427 W. Pawnee was robbed Monday night.
