A 22-year-old Wichita man pleaded guilty Monday to a federal ammunitions charge after he called 911 and made threats last fall.
Darius E. Delonia pleaded guilty to having 100 rounds of Remington .45-caliber ammunition after being convicted of a felony.
In his plea before U.S. Senior District Judge Wesley Brown, Delonia admitted calling Sedgwick County 911 dispatchers and making threats Sept. 28, saying he had a .45-caliber gun. Delonia had previously been convicted of burglary.
He is set for sentencing July 19.
