WICHITA — A Halloween tradition comes back to the Sedgwick County Zoo this weekend with Night of the Living Zoo, from 6:30 through 8:30 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
The nightly events feature Scary-ok-eee karaoke, ghouls, candy, goblins, prize stations, and not-too-scary Halloween displays including Sedgwick County EMS and Fire Department vehicles. Visitors can get pictures taken at the Walgreens photo booth and pick up free toothbrushes and floss at the Wichita State University Chapter of Student Dental Hygienists booth.
Tickets can be purchased in advance for $5 at area QuikTrip stores or at the zoo entrance. Cost at the door is $5 for zoo members and $7 for nonmembers.
The event is sponsored by Black Hills Energy, Fox Kansas, My TV Wichita, KEYN 103.7, Wichita Federal Credit Union and QuikTrip.
