WICHITA — Two young men climbed through a bedroom window, held a teenage girl at gunpoint and robbed her mother of cash in their home early Monday afternoon, police said.
The incident occurred shortly after 1 p.m. in the 2300 block of West Haskell, police said. The two suspects, whom the mother said appeared to be between 16 and 20, came into the house through a back bedroom.
One of them held a small black revolver on the woman's 14-year-old daughter and demanded cash. They left in a gold four-door Lexus.
Both suspects are black males with thin builds, the victims told police. One is about 5-feet-7, and was wearing a red shirt and blue jean shorts.
The other is about 5-feet-4 and was wearing a white tanktop with blue jean shorts and a white T-shirt over his face.
