Looking for tickets to the sold-out NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament first- and second-round sessions at the Sprint Center?
Starting at noon Thursday through March 16, fans can visit sprintcenter.com/ncaa and complete a registration form for the opportunity to get on a waiting list to purchase up to four all-session tickets to the tournament on March 19 and 21.
There is no fee and no purchase necessary to register. Only one entry per person is allowed. Opportunities to purchase tickets are nontransferable. Registering for the waiting list does not guarantee a purchase opportunity.
Each all-session ticket is valid for the two-day, six-game event. All-session tickets are available for $189 each plus a $9 per ticket service charge. Ticket prices are inclusive of all taxes. Seating locations cannot be guaranteed and will be randomly assigned regardless of entry date. Tickets are subject to availability. Should tickets become available, participants will be selected at random and notified via the e-mail address submitted on the registration. Photo identification and credit card used for purchase must be presented at the Sprint Center Box Office on Thursday, March 19 to pick up tickets
"Demand has exceeded available supply for the NCAA first- and second-round sessions," said Brenda Tinnen, general manager and senior vice president of AEG Kansas City. "However in the event that additional ticket inventory become available, the Big 12 Conference is committed to providing an equitable and efficient distribution mechanism via an online drawing process. "Sprint Center is privileged to facilitate this process so that as many basketball fans as possible may experience this memorable event."
