  • Couple pick up city's historic trolley tour

    Charter business must be handled privately, feds say Homer and Julie Price have had plenty of luck over the past six months. Unfortunately, a lot of it has been bad. The couple started River City Trolley and Charter three years ago. With their two trolleys, they carry people on lights tours and company excursions, and at weddings and festivals. Last year, they took in about $100,000. This year, they hope to double that.

  • 'Callous dismissal' by Tiahrt irks Airbus

    Six years ago, U.S. Rep. Todd Tiahrt praised Airbus when it opened an engineering office in Old Town. Now Tiahrt is dismissing the company and its 200 Wichita employees, an Airbus official said this week while visiting the Airbus North America Engineering office here.

Hartman planning for hotel at arena

A new arena isn't all Wink Hartman plans to build in Park City. He and his son, Ink Commercial Contractors co-owner Wink Hartman II, will build a hotel and restaurant in front of the arena as well.
