DEAR REV. GRAHAM: If you somehow had the ability to eradicate just one problem in the world, what would it be? My wife says she'd eliminate hunger, while I lean toward doing away with wars and things like that. I know we can't really do this, but thinking about it is an interesting exercise. —R.F.
Dear R.F.: You've mentioned two very serious issues that affect millions — but the world faces an almost endless list of problems today, and it seems like they're only getting worse. Even when one problem gets solved, another takes its place.
What one problem would I try to solve, if I could? It would be this one — the problem of the human heart. But I can't change the human heart, and neither can you! Only God can change it — and He will, as we submit our hearts to Him and turn our lives over to Jesus Christ.
