Andrew the Goofball, a 1-year-old male American pit bull terrier-shepherd mix, is available for adoption from Kansas Humane Society.
Hello, I’m Andrew and I love to run and sniff everything. I am a gentle boy looking for a long-term friend. I am leash-trained and don’t feel the need to make a lot of noise or fuss. I also don’t require a lot of toys, but I love to run and stretch my legs. If you need a sweet friend in your life, come visit my suite at KHS.
▪ Sophie the Wallflower, 3-year-old female Labrador retriever mix
Hi, new friend! I’m looking for a lifetime companion who is as into cuddles as I am. We’ll be together so much, people might think we’re conjoined at the hip. With the right amount of love and patience, I have no doubt that we’ll get along splendidly. Come visit me today.
▪ Jessie the Wallflower, 1-year-old female American pit bull terrier-shepherd mix
Howdy there, nice person. You say you’re looking for a dog? Well, that’s amazing because I am a dog. Oh, you already knew that. I hope you’re ready to be totally happy the rest of your life, because once you adopt me, the happiness won’t end. Swing by KHS soon so we can meet.
▪ Dee the Private Investigator, 5-year-old male cat, domestic shorthair mix
Let me start off by saying that I’ll be a little cautious when we first meet. Just give me some time and I’ll warm right up to you. I’m an easygoing, relaxed kind of guy that doesn’t require loads of attention. But you’d better grab the lint roller because plenty of lap time is coming your way. I’ll be at KHS when you’re ready to see me.
▪ Socks the Sidekick, 4-year-old female cat, domestic shorthair mix
You know what I love? When I hear someone call “kitty, kitty, kitty.” It’s music to my ears, knowing that someone wants me to come give them my love and attention. Will you call my name? Or better yet, just come visit me at KHS so we can start loving each other.
