Rex the Goofball, a 7-year-old male golden retriever mix, is available for adoption from Kansas Humane Society.
Hi, my name is Rex and I just love being around people. It seems like we always have the best time together. We can go for walks or even take a nap on the couch. It really doesn’t matter, just as long as I’m spending time with you. I can’t wait for you to visit with me at KHS. We’re going to have so much fun together.
• Rufus the Wallflower, 2-year-old male rat terrier mix
I’m a guy who loves snuggling up and spending quality time with my people friends. Are you walking to the kitchen? I’ll follow you in there. Are you watching a movie? I think I’ll sleep in your lap. You should visit your new best friend at KHS.
• Lucky the Personal Assistant, 2-year-old female cat, domestic shorthair mix
If you don’t mind, I think I’ll make myself right at home on your lap. I’d love it if you would pet me for a while. I’m just full of purrs and affection. I’ve been around other cats before, so I know how to act. Stop by and visit me at KHS today.
• Junie the Personal Assistant, 3-year-old female cat, domestic shorthair mix
You know what’s great about having a personal assistant? I can clear your busy schedule and pencil you in for an afternoon of relaxing cat cuddling. Doesn’t that sound great? I’ll go ahead and schedule you to visit with me at KHS today.
• Fiona the Sidekick, 4-year-old female cat, domestic medium-hair mix
Hi, I’m Fiona and if you don’t mind, I’ll just stick right by your side. I’m a vocal and affectionate kitty. When you pet me, I’ll purr loudly and head-butt your hand. You should visit with me at KHS right away.
