One package ramen noodles, your choice of flavor
Juice of 1 lime
5 to 10 cilantro leaves
5 to 10 basil leaves

1 piece lemongrass
1 green onion, sliced (white and light-green parts only)
1/4-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons peanuts, crushed
Dash of soy sauce
Dash of Sriracha sauce
Prepare the ramen noodles according to package directions. Add the lime juice, cilantro, basil, lemongrass, green onions, ginger, peanuts, soy sauce and Sriracha sauce. Mix well.
