New styles combine kids suits, sunblock

New this season from Lands' End: Kids UPF 50 Swimwear. The children's bathing suits promise to offer an Ultraviolet Protection Factor of 50, even after multiple washings, and exposure to sun and chlorine. The company is also touting their quick-dry, snag-resistant and fade-resistant features.

The styles are on-trend and age-appropriate without being too trendy. Some of the options in the line:

• Babies swim critter diaper cover, $14.50, paired with a crabby ultraviolet T ($12.50)

• Boys Hibiscus cargo board trunks ($25)

• Girls Embroidered Tankini ($32.50)
