Royals third-base coach Eddie Rodriguez: ‘I take the fault’

Third-base coach Eddie Rodriguez took full responsibility for the base-running blunder Tuesday that prevented the Royals from scoring the tying run in the ninth inning. “David should have been sent,” Rodriguez said.
