Teenager treated, released after being stabbed

A 17-year-old boy reported that he was stabbed Saturday by an unknown person.

He was stabbed twice and taken to Via Christi Hospital St. Francis where he was treated and released, said Wichita police Sgt. Ed. Brower.

The incident occurred in the 1000 block of West 29th Street North, near Arkansas, at 4:15 a.m. Saturday.
