“PSYCH” SERIES FINALE – After eight delightfully offbeat seasons and one rousing musical episode, we must bid farewell to Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dule Hill). The finale, ominously titled, “The Breakup,” features guest appearances by Mira Sorvino and Billy Zane. It will be followed by the “Psych After Show,” an hourlong live special in which the cast and creator Steve Franks will reminisce about the series and field questions from rabid fans, affectionately known as Psych-Os. 8 p.m. Wednesday, USA.
SUNDAY: Nate Berkus hosts “American Dream Builders.” It’s a new reality competition that pits two teams of designers against each other in a race to renovate a pair of similar-looking homes in the same neighborhood. 7 p.m., NBC.
SUNDAY: “Drop Dead Diva,” the soapy drama about a model killed in a car crash and brought back as a lawyer (Brooke Elliott), kicks off its sixth and final season with a two-hour opener. Guest stars for the end run include Rick Springfield, S. Epatha Merkerson, John Ratzenberger, Corbin Bleu, and Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts. 8 p.m., Lifetime.
SUNDAY: The most consistently enjoyable and reliably funny season of “Girls” comes to a close with Hannah (Lena Dunham) receiving a piece of big news that could affect her writing career, as well as her relationship with Adam (Adam Driver). 9 p.m., HBO.
MONDAY: The battle rounds continue on “The Voice,” and it’s time to face the music as coaches Adam Levine, Usher, Blake Shelton and Shakira pit members of their teams against each other in duets. 7 p.m., NBC.
TUESDAY: “The Story of the Jews With Simon Schama” is an ambitious five-part documentary series that has the author exploring the imprint that Jewish culture has made on the world. 7 p.m., PBS.
TUESDAY: Expect the fabric to fly on “Jim Henson’s Creature Shop Challenge.” It’s a new competition that has 10 wannabe designers vying to create spectacular new critters. The winner nabs a contract with the studio that’s home to Kermit and his pals. 9 p.m., Syfy.
WEDNESDAY: “Hot in Cleveland” opens its fifth season with a live telecast that also serves as a crossover with its spin off, “The Soul Man.” Betty White and Cedric the Entertainer do the crossing over. 9 p.m., TV Land.
THURSDAY: Christopher Meloni (“Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”) tries on comedy for size in “Surviving Jack.” He plays a gruff, intimidating doctor who becomes a stay-at-home dad when his wife (Rachael Harris) decides to go to law school. 8:30 p.m., Fox.
FRIDAY: On “Cold Justice,” Kelly and Yolanda recount how their sleuthing led to an arrest in a 1983 case involving a 20-year-old father of two and his 17-year-old girlfriend, who were bludgeoned to death in Iowa. 7 p.m., TNT.
SATURDAY: “Zoe Gone” is a new TV movie about a reluctant teen mom whose baby is kidnapped when she becomes too distracted while reading text messages. Jean Louisa Kelly and Andrea Bowen star. 7 p.m., Lifetime.
