Stanley Kubrick's biting 1964 satire about an insane general who heats up the Cold War by launching a nuclear strike against Russia may be the most brilliant black comedy ever made. And how can you not love a film that includes the line "Gentlemen! You can't fight in here! This is the War Room!" 9:30 p.m., TCM, Channel 65.
