"The Third Man"

You don't have to be a fan of zither music to love this 1949 film noir classic, but the haunting theme song may turn you into one. Adapted from a novel by Graham Greene, it stars Joseph Cotten as a novelist who arrives in postwar Vienna to meet old friend Harry Lime (Orson Welles), only to be told Harry just died in a suspicious car accident. Or did he? 9 p.m., TCM, Channel 65.
