Some people like to brine and baste and bake their birds at Thanksgiving.
Others would rather jet over to the nearest barbecue restaurant and pick one up, ready to go.
For those who prefer convenience over culinary accomplishment, several restaurants and caterers in town are ready to help.
Many are offering to sell people fully cooked turkeys and hams – or of they’d prefer, the whole darn Thanksgiving meal, complete with potatoes, stuffing and dessert.
Here’s a guide to getting Thanksgiving to-go. But call soon. Some are taking orders only through Saturday.
