The Flying Stove's birthday bash

The Flying Stove’s first day in business was Dec. 8, 2011. A year and hundreds of servings of crying tiger Thai tacos, Umami burgers and rolled chicken doobies later, Wichita’s original food truck is celebrating its first birthday surrounded by a bunch of restaurants-on-wheels that followed in its tire tracks.
