The owner of Corporate Caterers is about to become even busier with several new ventures. A look at what he's up to:
1. Reviving the Chelsea's space: Arnold, who runs his Corporate Caterers out of the former Olive Tree banquet hall at 29th North and Rock Road, has plans to open a new lunch and breakfast spot in the former Chelsea's space, which is adjoined. He hopes to open in mid-July and will offer upscale daily lunches and weekend breakfast. He's still pondering a name for the restaurant.
2. Waiting on A.V.I. Arnold says construction will soon begin on his and Jeremy Wade's planned upscale restaurant inside the remodeled Drury Plaza Broadview Hotel. The hotel should be ready July 22, and the restaurant will open in late August or early September.
3. Running the rest of it: In the meantime, Arnold still is running his catering and event business, as well as his downtown quick-dining restaurant, Cafe 151, at 151 N. Main. It's open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

National Iced Tea day
