Dyck Arboretum to kick off Prairie Window Concert Series

The Prairie Window Concert Series at Dyck Arboretum of the Plains, 177 W. Hickory St. in Hesston, is set to kick off its 2012-2013 season with a performance by folk band Red Molly at 7 p.m. Aug. 24.

National folk, bluegrass and Americana bands are scheduled to play throughout the series, which features roughly one concert per month through May, with a few exceptions.

Tickets to individual concerts are $20 for adults and $10 for children up to 18 years old. Season tickets are available, as well: $160 for adults and $80 for children. Arboretum members receive a 10 percent discount on individual and season ticket packages.
