2. Pizza Hut: This restaurant's app allows users to build and order their pizzas and choose from virtual coupons stored inside a virtual fridge.
3. Urban Spoon: This popular app is built to look like a slot machine. Users shake their phones, the slot machine rolls, and a suggestion for that age-old question —"Where should we eat?" —magically appears.

Endless shrimp
It's Endless Shrimp time at Red Lobster , meaning that customers can pay $15.99 and eat various styles of shrimp until they've had their fill. The offer is good until mid-November. Wichita's Red Lobsters are at 555 S. West St. and 333 S. Armour.
Teacher appreciation
Abuelo's at 1413 N. Waterfront Parkway will host teacher appreciation nights from 4 p.m. to close on Tuesday and Wednesday. Each night, the first 250 teachers who visit will receive a special back-to-school survival kit that includes highlighter pens, notepads and other supplies. Pizza for a cause
The new Il Vicino at Bradley Fair, which opens to the public on Monday, is putting on a special preview event that will benefit the American Cancer Society. For $25 a person or $40 for a couple, diners can try out the new restaurant from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or from 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday or Saturday. The meal includes a salad, entree, dessert and beverage of choice. Tickets must be purchased in advance by calling 316-265-3400 or visit www.cattlemansballwichita.org. All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.
