The new wine bar opened Thursday in Clifton Square at 3700 E. Douglas. Started by Clifton Square owner Jo Zakas, it will feature food, wine and jazz music from 4 to 11 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays. Three other bits of information:

1. Abuelo's fish tacos: The upscale Mexican restaurant at 1413 Waterfront Parkway is offering two types of fish tacos for a limited time. Choose from fried shrimp tacos or tilapia tacos, both of which are served in corn tortillas along with fresh vegetables, spicy Mexican slaw and beans. Both versions cost $10.99.
