Unless noted, events are at all area YMCA locations and are free to members or included in $10 individual or $18 family day pass.

Adaptive Dance, enhance body awareness and motor skills while learning a variety of moves. Parent participation may be required. 5 p.m. Tuesdays. Ages 5 and up, North. Starts at $44, members $24.

Climbing classes, on climbing wall, belay certification classes, family classes and climbing team available. New sessions each month. Ages 4 and up. Starts at $44, members $24. Andover, North and Northwest.

Dance, Cheer and Tumbling, basic instructional classes to advanced competitive teams. New sessions each month. Ages 2 and up. Starts at $44, members $24. Andover, East, El Dorado, North, Northwest, South and West.

Fun Fit, maximum participation games to increase muscular strength and endurance, improve flexibility, develop lifelong fitness skills. Classes start in June, 9-11 a.m. Ages 6-12.

Group exercise, classes include Zumba fitness, cardio and strength, cycle, yoga and pilates. Water classes at Andover, North, Northwest and South. Ages 13 and up.

Group exercise family events, activities vary by date, location. All ages. July 13, Makahiki Bash at Andover, July 17, Family GX Cross Training at Downtown; July 20, Family Fun Yoga at East; Splash, Stretch and Shake at North, Dash and Splash at Northwest. Gymnastics, basic instructional classes to advanced competitive teams. New sessions each month. Ages 2 and up. Starts at $44, members $24. Andover, East, El Dorado, North, Northwest and South.

Luau, hula and fire dancers at family Hawaiian-themed event to support YMCA Strong Kids programs. Includes a Hawaiian-inspired meal, live and silent auctions and fireworks. All ages. 6 p.m. June 22. $15 adult, $10 youth. North.

Martial Arts, youth and family classes in tae kwon do and karate. Ages 4 and up, class type and ages vary by location. New sessions each month. Starts at $44, members $24. All locations and YMCA Farha Sport Center.

Middle School Teen Club, crafts, community service projects, games, leadership activities and more. Grades 6-8. 3:30-5 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesday. Free. El Dorado.

Mom’s Day Out, develop social skills, creativity and self confidence with gym games, swimming, arts and crafts, playtime, stories and snack. Sack lunch, swim suit and towel required. Dates vary. Andover, East, North, Northwest, South and West. Participants must be potty-trained. Four-week sessions $60, $40 members.

Open gym and swim times, pick-up basketball or swim laps in the pool. All ages, children under age 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

Outdoor Family Waterparks, features vary by location, includes lazy rivers, tube/plunge slides, diving board, climbing wall, wave pool, play structures, spray/splash grounds, water basketball. All ages. Children under 8 must be accompanied by adult. 1-7 p.m. weekdays, 1-6 p.m. weekends May 25-Aug. 9. Andover, North, Northwest and South.

Parents Night Out, arts and crafts, movie, recreational activities, dinner. Dates, prices vary. Ages 2-10, varies. $35, $15 members at Andover, East. Call for pricing at El Dorado.

Skate Park, learn to kick flip, ollie, heel flip and more, for skateboards and in-line skates. All ages, under 8 must be accompanied by adult. 1-6 p.m. Memorial Day-Labor Day. 10-day punch cards $30, members $10. North.

Swim lessons, from parent/child classes through advanced, team also available. Monthly sessions, two-week summer sessions start May 29. Ages 6 months and up. Starts at $44, members $24.

Toddler Time at YMCA Outdoor Family Waterparks, for kids 6 and under with adult. 10-11:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Saturdays June 1-Aug. 9; Saturdays only Aug. 10-31. Andover, North, Northwest and South.

YMCA Babysitter Camp, receive certifications in first aid and child/infant CPR while learning water safety and age-appropriate games in two-day class. YMCA Farha Family Centers, family fitness, virtual/interactive games, pool, ping pong, foosball, air hockey and board games. All ages. Andover, East, El Dorado, North, Northwest, South and West.

Youth Fitness Centers, kid-size strength training equipment, kid-friendly weight limits. Orientation required. Ages 8-12. El Dorado, Northwest, West.

Youth Fusion Classes, combines healthy activities and learning. All ages. Northwest.

Youth Group Exercise, make fitness fun with cardio training, strength/endurance, flexibility and relaxation workouts. Includes cycle, hip-hop hustle, yoga and fit circuit. June-August. Ages 8-15.

Youth Sports Leagues, volleyball, T-ball, baseball and softball, eight games per season, one practice per week, volunteer coaches. Register by April 29. Practices begin May 13 for May 28-July 12 season. $60, members $40. Andover, East, North, Northwest, South and West.

Youth Track and Field, citywide competition, long jump, softball throw, shot put and individual and relay running with distances from 50-1,600 meters. Ages 7-14. Register by May 20. Practices twice a week starting week of May 27 for June 13-July 13 season. $60, $40 members. Andover, East, North, Northwest, South and West.

Zumba Fitness Under the Stars, to benefit YMCA Strong Kids programs. Age 13 and up. 9-11 p.m. June 21. $20 (includes T-shirt). South.

YMCA Jeff Sanders Volleyball Clinic, learn from WSU volleyball coach Jeff Sanders. Girls grades 2-12. June-July. $95, members $75.

YMCA Under 10 Tennis, USTA nationally recognized program, uses slower-moving and lower-bouncing balls, shorter and lighter racquets, played on a smaller court to help kids develop rallying skills faster. Ages 5-10. New sessions each month. $65, $40 members.

YMCA Advanced Basketball Leagues, competitive sports experience, games/tournaments, one practice a week, certified referees. Grades 2-12. Register by June 10 for June 29-Aug. 17 season. $125, members $85.
