Emerald City Chorus performs 'Celebration of Carols' on Saturday

The Emerald City Chorus will present “Celebration of Carols, A Christmas Concert” on Saturday. The concert will be at the Scottish Rite Center, 332 E. First St., at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Guest appearances will be made by ARISE, the African-Americans Renewing Interest in Spirituals Ensemble, plus organist Charles Hitchcock and Kim Kraut and Melissa Morina. ‘Babes in Toyland’

Music Theatre for Young People will present “Babes in Toyland” at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Century II’s Mary Jane Teall Theater. Mannheim Steamroller
