HCA: Third quarter revenue up

HCA, parent company of Wesley Medical Center, announced this morning that revenue increased 7.6 percent in the third quarter, compared to a year ago.

Net income was $196 million compared with $86 million a year ago, HCA said. It reported $7.533 billion in revenue for the quarter, comparead with $7.002 billion a year ago.
