From records and recent interviews, The Eagle compiled this timeline for Adam Herrman: June 8, 1987: Adam is born in Wichita with the name Irvin Groeninger III. He becomes a foster child of Doug and Valerie Herrman, and they adopt him when he is between 2 and 3 years old. His new name is Adam Joseph Herrman. The Herrmans also adopt two of Adam's younger siblings.
