Why you'd want them: To learn more about the financial health of county government and also to learn how taxes might affect you.
Where you get the records: Financial reports are posted online at the county's Web site, www.sedgwickcounty.org/finance. Various reports are available, including adopted budgets, quarterly reports and comprehensive financial reports.
How much it will cost: The information is free.
