TIFFANY BIAS
5-6, jr., Andover Central
Bias is one of the most dynamic players in the state. She averaged 21 points and 6 assists for the Jaguars. A prolific scorer, Bias also has the skills that coaches look for in a point guard. She is unselfish and is very basketball savvy. She's also a strong one-on-one defender. She is orally committed to Oklahoma State.
LINDSEY KELLER
6-3, sr., Goddard
Keller was the reason Goddard advanced to its second consecutive Class 6A tournament. The Oklahoma State signee averaged 24 points and 11 rebounds. Keller is a very balanced offensive player who is able to score in the paint and also make mid-range jump shots. She is a two-time All-Metro selection.
JULIA MARSHALL
5-9, sr., Bishop Carroll
The four-year starting point guard helped lead Carroll to a share of the City League title and a third-place finish in the Class 5A tournament. Averaging 17 points a game, the Boise State signee could score from the perimeter, but was most dangerous going past defenders and getting to the lane.
JOANNA MCFARLAND
6-3, sr., Derby
Defensively there wasn't a scheme that stopped McFarland this season. The Panthers' low post star averaged 28 points and 19 rebounds. An Oklahoma signee, McFarland saw double- and triple-teams all season. While her size makes her stand out, her quickness is underestimated.
ASHIA WOODS
5-11, so., Wichita Collegiate
Woods is one of the most complete players in the state. She led the team and MCAA averaging 23 points. She was also one of the team's top rebounders, pulling down 7 a game, and helped Collegiate reach the Class 3A title game. Woods is receiving attention from several Division I programs.
TERRENCE PHOX
Coach, Wichita Collegiate
The Spartans were undefeated in the MCAA on their way to a second-place finish in Class 3A. Collegiate went 23-3 in Phox's third season as coach. He led the Spartans to a third-place finish in the 2008 state tournament.
