Dates of completion are estimated.</span></strong></p><p>I-135 between 21st and 29th Streets North (southbound). Partial closures 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Saturday through late August.</p><p><strong>U.S. 81 (South Broadway) and 55th Street South. </strong>One-lane traffic each direction with no left turns, right lane on southbound Broadway during the daytime through mid-September.</p><p><strong>Northbound and Southbound I-135 over Union Pacific railroad tracks. </strong>Lane closures through August.</p><p><strong>Kellogg-Rock Road interchange. </strong>Partial closures of mainline and frontage roads through spring 2010. The only left turn is from eastbound Kellogg toward northbound Armour.</p>
