State Sen. Jean Schodorf, R-Wichita, raised about $3,781, including a loan of about $1,806 made to herself, during the most recent campaign finance reporting period for her campaign in the 4th Congressional District race, records show.
She spent about $1,406, leaving her with about $2,375 in cash at the end of the reporting period, July 1 to Sept. 30.
Schodorf filed Sept. 5 for the office.
She and fellow Republican candidate Jim Anderson filed their campaign reports to the Federal Election Commission by mail, and their reports were not yet available electronically Friday on the FEC Web site.
Schodorf made a copy of her report available to The Eagle on Friday.
Anderson's staff said he filed with the FEC on time — the deadline was midnight Thursday — but his campaign could not provide a copy of the report to The Eagle on Friday.
Other Republicans in the 4th District race:
* Businessman Mike Pompeo raised about $98,500 from July to September.
* Sen. Dick Kelsey-Goddard, raised $8,726 for the same time period.
* Businessman Wink Hartman, who entered the race late, raised $18,375 during the reporting period.
State Rep. Raj Goyle, D-Wichita, raised about $403,083.
