Police investigating report of shots fired near 21st and I-135

Wichita police are investigating an aggravated assault involving six people at 4:15 a.m. Saturday.

Police Sgt. John Hoofer said the victims reported shots fired in the 2500 block of North Piatt, near 21st and I-135. No one was hurt.

Police arrested a person on suspicion of a weapons violation, Hoofer said, and are still investigating.
