Two people were hurt in a fire at a duplex in southwest Wichita on Wednesday morning, authorities said.

The fire was reported at 8:11 a.m. at 1852 W. Dora, a Sedgwick County emergency dispatcher said. That’s just east of K-42 and south of Harry.

A woman suffered smoke inhalation, and one of her daughters received cuts after jumping through a window to escape the fire, a dispatcher said. The injuries were minor; both were treated at the scene.

A cause and damage estimate have not yet been released.
