Four people were arrested for DUI during a sobriety check lane conducted by the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office over the weekend.

The check lane was set up at 11800 W. Kellogg from 11 p.m. Saturday to 2 a.m. Sunday, authorities said in a prepared statement. Officers contacted 372 drivers in those three hours. Along with the four DUIs, two minors were found in possession of alcohol, two open containers of alcohol were seized, and one person was found in possession of marijuana.

The project was funded by a Kansas Department of Transportation grant.
