Fidelity to change up leadership at Oklahoma bank

Fidelity Bank on Friday announced some top leadership changes at Oklahoma Fidelity Bank that will affect one of its Wichita executives.

The bank said that it has promoted Aaron Bastian to CEO of Oklahoma Fidelity, while its commercial banking executive Jeff Ronen, based in Wichita, will become president of Oklahoma Fidelity Bank.

“These changes are made with an eye to the future and will position us to build on our record performance,” said Clark Bastian, chairman and CEO of Fidelity Bank, in a release. “We expect additional growth in Oklahoma under the leadership of Aaron and Jeff.”
