Find info on Sedgwick County district judges online

  • Published Sunday, June 22, 2014, at 11:17 a.m.

Each Monday, The Eagle highlights a government record that is available to the public. Open records help people keep government in check and help them better understand how government affects their lives.

For a complete list of You Oughta Know columns, go to www.kansas.com/oughta.

The record: A roster of assignments, contact information and background information for judges who serve Sedgwick County District Court.

Why you’d want it: To learn more about the judges who hear cases in district court and to find out how to contact them by phone or e-mail. The roster also includes the names and e-mail addresses of their administrative aides.

Where you get it: See the roster at www.dc18.org/judges/judges.shtml.

How much does it cost: The information is free.
