The fire was reported at 4:34 a.m. at Windham Court apartments, 330 S. Tyler Road, a Sedgwick County dispatch supervisor said. That’s at the corner of Maple and Tyler.

Firefighters discovered flames on the balcony of an apartment, the supervisor said. It took them 11 minutes to extinguish the blaze. No injuries were reported.
