I am glad we caught one of the terrorists who attacked our Benghazi compound. Good job, special forces. But why in the world did we release five terrorists that are even worse than this guy? One step up, two steps back?

America will never have to witness anything like the Bowe Bergdahl deal ever again. From now on it will be done in complete secrecy.

Hey, I saw a headline on the front page of the Wednesday Eagle. Something about Benghazi. I thought Hillary Clinton told the media they can’t report anything on Benghazi anymore.

Where can I find some of those “cocunuts” mentioned on the front page of The Eagle on Wednesday?

Are we bombarding Oklahoma with renditions of “Home on the Range”?

If you are feeling sympathetic toward all the illegal children entering our country, perhaps you should send your address to the Border Patrol and order a busload of them for yourself to support for a lifetime.

President Obama prefers a single-payer health care system. Obamacare is a major step in that direction, involving huge bureaucracies and higher costs. The bureaucracies are in the business of rationing. Bureaucrats will determine if the medical treatment you need is too expensive for someone of your age and condition.

So years of Lois Lerner’s e-mails are lost at the IRS. Let’s remember that the IRS is in charge of Obamacare. Hopefully your e-mails regarding your health insurance won’t be lost. Another sign of incompetency.

So Lois Lerner’s e-mails are missing. To quote Gomer Pyle, “Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!”

The soldiers turned and ran in South Vietnam just like they did in Iraq.

Immigration crisis, health care crisis, foreign relations compromised. Even I am shocked how bad things have gotten. We need a leader in Washington, desperately.

The only thing good that would have happened if Al Gore had been elected in 2000 is that we probably wouldn’t have Obama now.

Gov. Sam Brownback’s aspirations to achieve similar lowbrow governing wisdom as Texas Gov. Rick Perry should scare the bejeebers out of every Kansan.

Why does it seem that when I am in line to order food at a restaurant that the person ahead of me seems to be involved in joining the United Nations?

Three fine people were recently murdered in Nevada. Two of them were openly carrying their firearms. One was concealed-carry. Tell me again that myth about how having a gun makes you safer.

The NRA and open-carry advocates have been extremely quiet about more guns hindering mass murders in the Las Vegas case where two police officers and a licensed civilian were killed.

Sometimes, the devil wears a three-piece suit and asks for your vote.
