Jhonattan Vegas, 2010

One year after failing to close the deal as the 54-hole leader, Vegas fired a 7-under-par 64 in the final round at Crestview to erase a six-shot deficit and earned $103,500 with his first professional victory. The Venezuelan finished eight groups ahead of the final pairing and waited to see if his 20-under par total for the tournament would hold. Vegas, who played collegiately at Texas, moved on to the PGA Tour in 2011 and won the Bob Hope Classic in his fifth tour event, defeating Gary Woodland and Bill Haas in a playoff.
