An armed man carjacked a gold Acura in a parking lot late Monday night, forcing two people inside to get out before he drove away, police said.

The incident occurred shortly before midnight in the 3100 block of South Bunker Hill, Lt. Dan East said. That’s northeast of Oliver and 31st Street South.

A 20-year-old man and 17-year-old girl were talking in the car when the armed man approached and demanded the vehicle. The car was found at about 7 a.m. Tuesday near Harry and Bluff, East said.
