A Hutchinson-based company that owned franchised restaurants in Kansas and Oklahoma has sold to a San Diego firm.

Minneapolis-based Aethlon Capital said in a news release Tuesday that it advised and negotiated the sale of S.S. of Kansas Inc. to Kelly Investment Group.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, which closed June 4, the release said.

The sale included 16 Sirloin Stockade, Montana Mike’s and Coyote Canyon brand restaurants.

S.S. of Kansas was led by CEO Gale Premer, the release said.
