Haymakers at Tuesdays on the Terrace

Tuesdays on the Terrace, a weekly concert and cocktail event at Botanica, 701 Amidon, continues on Tuesday with “Calla Lilies & Cosmopolitans.” The featured band will be country/folk/bluegrass group the Haymakers. The show lasts from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., and admission is $7, $3 for members. Cabaret fundraiser with Chamber Chorale

The Wichita Chamber Chorale is wrapping up its 36th season on Friday with its annual cabaret performance. The show, which is also a fundraiser, will be at Prairie Pines, 4055 N. Tyler Road. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show is at 7:30 p.m. It will include Broadway and popular tunes sung by the ensemble as well as quartets, duets and soloists. Admission is $25 for adults and $15 for students. Ticket holders also will get party food from a buffet and will be able to participate in a silent auction. The event also will include a cash bar. Tickets are available at the door.

‘Angel Street’ at Community Theatre

“Angel Street,” a 1938 play by Patrick Hamilton that’s set in 19th century London, opened Thursday and runs through June 22 at Wichita Community Theatre, 258 N. Fountain. Show times are 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and 7 p.m. Sundays. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for students, seniors and members of the military and are available by calling 316-686-1282.
