Cypress Springs care center to dedicate memorial wall to veterans

Cypress Springs will host a memorial remembrance ceremony from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the center, 1859 N. Webb Road.

At the event, officials with the Alzheimer’s care center will unveil a new memorial wall, complete with the names of all former military service members who have lived at the home.

Motorcycle riders from the American Legion will arrive and begin the reception at 11 a.m.

Lunch will be served afterward. People interested in attending the free event are asked to RSVP by calling the center at 316-558-5775.
