Commuters could be dealing with some fog for their morning drive in the Wichita area on Wednesday, forecasters say.

Once winds stir and the sky clears, temperatures will climb into the mid-80s under mostly sunny skies. North to northeasterly winds will be light, staying in single digits.

Overnight lows will settle in the mid-60s under a mostly clear sky and continued light winds. Chances for scattered showers return on Thursday, forecasters say, with highs in the mid-80s and mostly cloudy skies. Winds will remain light and variable.

Chances for showers will persist through the weekend in the Wichita area, forecasters say.
