  • Published Monday, May 12, 2014, at 2:31 p.m.

Touring professional Brock Mackenzie and Georgia Tech junior Ollie Schiederjans have received exemptions into the 25th Air Capital Classic, which will be played June 19-22 at Crestview Country Club.

Mackenzie, 32, earned his spot in the Web.com Tour event through his performance on the All-American Gateway Tour. A two-time participant in Wichita, Mackenzie was the cumulative points leader over a five-tournament stretch of the Gateway’s Arizona Series.

Schiederjans, 20, earned an exemption as medalist at the U.S. Collegiate Championship in October. The Powder Springs, Ga., native is tied for the NCAA Division I lead with five victories this season, including the Atlantic Coast Conference title.

Two other exemptions will be determined closer to the start of the Air Capital Classic, tournament officials announced Monday.
