Wichita – Wichita State University’s Hughes Metropolitan Complex, 5015 E. 29th St. North, 10:30-11:45 a.m.

El Dorado – Butler Community College, Hubbard Welcome Center, 901 S. Haverhill, 12:30-1:30 p.m.

Emporia – Lyon County Courthouse, Jury Assembly Room, 420 Commercial St., 2:45-3:45 p.m.

Thursday

Topeka – Crestview Shelter House, 4901 SW Shunga Drive, 10:30-11:45 a.m.

Wyandotte County – Hilton Garden Inn, 520 Minnesota Ave., 1-2 p.m.

Former U.S. Sen. Bob Dole will begin a second tour through Kansas on Monday, with visits to several cities in northeast Kansas.

He has stops scheduled for Harvey, Sedgwick and Butler counties later this week. That includes a visit to Wichita State University’s Hughes Metropolitan Complex, 5015 E. 29th St. North, on Wednesday. That reception will take place from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m.

All 16 visits on the four-day tour, Dole’s second to Kansas in two months, are open to the public, his office said.
