Wichita-based M&N Acquisitions has purchased Anderson and Forrester, a Denver-based gas industry supplier, from NOVA Capital.

M&N is owned by Wichita businesswomen Michele Nordahl and Roxane Metzen.

Nordahl, human resources and safety director at Wescon Controls, said Anderson and Forrester was a subsidiary of Wescon when NOVA Capital bought Wescon in 2012.

When NOVA decided to sell Anderson and Forester, she and Metzen decided to buy it, she said.

Nordahl said they will move to Denver to operate the six-person company.
