Cattle Baron’s Ball planned for Kansas Star Arena

A Cattle Baron’s Ball to support the American Cancer Society will be held at 6 p.m. May 3 at Kansas Star Arena, 777 Kansas Star Drive in Mulvane.

The western-themed event will include buffets, dessert bars, an open bar, games, auctions and live performances by School of Rock and The Jam Wows!

The event has been held most years since 1990. Proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.

General admission tickets are $125, which includes dinner, a second meal later in the evening and an attendee tote bag with gifts.

There are also tables for 10 available for $1,000.

A shuttle will be available to and from the arena for people who park at Beechcraft’s parking Lot E at 10335 E. Central in Wichita. The shuttle will run at 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. and periodically through the night. The last shuttle will leave the arena at 12:30 a.m.
