Man injured when car hits tree near Woodlawn and 29th North

A man was injured in a one-vehicle crash in northeast Wichita early Wednesday morning, authorities said.

The man’s car hit a tree shortly after 2:20 a.m. at Woodlawn and 29th Street North, a Sedgwick County dispatch supervisor said. He was taken to Wesley Medical Center with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.

Police have not yet said what caused the crash.
