  • Published Thursday, April 3, 2014, at 12 a.m.

George Strait’s Friday night concert at Intrust Bank Arena will mark his third stop in Wichita since 2010 – and it could be his last. The 61-year-old singer, known for hits such as “Amarillo By Morning” and “All My Ex’s Live in Texas,” has said his “The Cowboy Rides Away” tour will mark the last time he tours extensively. Tickets to the show sold out in 12 minutes when they went on sale in October. Singers Merle Haggard and Lee Ann Womack also are on the bill. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show starts at 7:30 p.m. For more information, visit www.intrustbankarena.com.

Also, watch Kansas.com after the show on Friday and Saturday’s print edition of the Wichita Eagle for a story about the concert.
